On April 9th from 9-11 am, a group of local entrepreneurs gathered at Beyond the Forest in St. Helens for the first GRO Greater hosted Entrepreneur Coffee Meet-up. We had a healthy turn-out full of locals, some with existing businesses, others with newly acquired ones, and even others who are just in ideation phase.
We did a round of introductions so we can get to know one another better as a community. A few GRO community members were on hand to share about their experience with securing a GRO Loan and in participating in the Technical Assistance Grant program to help fund a specific project for their business.
Attendees also got an opportunity to meet new fellow community members they'd not had an opportunity to interact with before and learn about new businesses. We extend a warm THANK YOU to everyone who took the time to attend and for your active participation. Stay tuned for the next one in May.
